1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept authorized returns withinΒ 30 days of delivery. Free return labels are available for items shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.

To request a return, please email concierge@seductivecollection.com. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you via email.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within the stated return window. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to decline a refund if these conditions are not met.

2. Final Sale Items

The Black Box is a final sale item and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons. All purchases of The Black Box are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@seductivecollection.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.

  • A description of the issue.

We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
