1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed by 12 PM PST are processed on the same business day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times:

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.

6. Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@seductivecollection.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Seductive Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
